Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservation System 

From 9 a.m. MT on Monday, December 9, 2024, through 5 p.m. MT on Friday, January 10, 2025, you will be able to place reservation requests. It doesn’t matter when you place your requests through the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservations System as long as you do so on or before the deadline of Friday, January 10, 2025.

On Thursday, January 16, 2025, you will receive an email confirmation, or you can also log on to Grand Central to see your reserved week. Please remember that this web-based process for taking your requests does not guarantee you will receive your top choice.

The Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservation System uses an extensively tested computer program that determines your check-in day by using a prioritized list based on a formula that matches as many owners to one of their top choices as possible within the available inventory.

To accomplish this, owners will be placed into a priority group based on whether they received their first-choice reservation in past years, their second-choice reservation, etc. Owners participating for the first time will be randomly assigned a priority group. This system also prioritizes owners who did not receive one of their top choices during the last request and assignment process. 

You can place your requests anytime during the approximate 30-day request window by logging into Grand Central, www.bgvgrandcentral.com. Once logged into Grand Central, you will see a link on your homepage that will take you to the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservations System. We have provided an instruction guide for you on this website, complete with illustrations.

You will be required to place a minimum of 15 check-in day requests for a two-bedroom residence or 10 check-in day requests for a three-bedroom residence for each week that you own. If you place less than 15 or 10 check-in day requests, you will be excluded from the online request system and will not receive a week. We also strongly encourage you to place more requests beyond the required 15 or 10 to increase your chances of getting a week reserved.  

Yes, you can request to lock off your residence while using the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservations System. You still need to place a request for a minimum of 15 check-in days for both residences when requesting to lock off your residence.

Call the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations department at 877-453-4440 from Monday, December 9, 2024, through Friday, January 10, 2025, to request Partial Stays for Winter 2026.

A credit card for the Second Partial Stay fee will be required when you place your Partial Stay requests. A Second Partial Stay requires a full clean fee based on the unit size booked. Your card will not be charged until your reservation is booked. Please do not place your requests through the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservations System, as doing so will waive your right to request Partial Stays.

When placing your requests, you can select an option to notify the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations department that you would like your week deposited into your Interval International account or placed into the Breckenridge Grand Vacations rental program. If you wish to do either of these options, the Owner Relations team will contact you to confirm that your week has been deposited with Interval International or to process and execute your rental agreement to place your week into the rental program.

During the request process, you can select to have a week automatically booked for you if one of your preferences is unavailable. If you do not want to be automatically booked into the remaining inventory, you can book your week through your Grand Central account on Thursday, January 16, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m. MT.

Once you have submitted your 15 check-in day requests, you can sit back, relax, and let us do the rest! You will receive an email confirmation on Thursday, January 16, 2025, and you can also log onto www.bgvgrandcentral.com to view your reserved week.
